Information we collect

When you submit a request, we collect what you give us: name, phone, email, location and a description of the problem. When you call, the call may be routed through a call-tracking service that records basic call details (phone number, time, duration) and may record the call for quality.

How we use it

We use your information to connect you with an independent local company that can help with your request, and to improve our service. We share your request details with that company so they can contact you. We don't sell your information to data brokers.

Service providers

We use third-party services to host this website, process form submissions and route calls. They handle data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

Your choices

To ask us to delete your request information, contact us through the contact page.
